Adam is a current member of the Yukon Legislative Assembly and a long term Yukoner with over 25 years in the Yukon Tourism Industry.

He is Past Chair of the Yukon Convention Bureau and a past Director of the Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon. He has also served as VP Marketing for Northern Vision Development LP, a company with a majority of Yukon First Nations ownership and with tourism properties in five Yukon communities.

In addition to being recognized with a number of Industry awards for his efforts in marketing the Yukon and his passion for growing tourism in Northern Canada, Adam has worn several hats in his tourism career. From playing banjo in the Frantic Follies, to managing the Downtown Hotel in Dawson CIty to serving the World Famous Sourtoe Cocktail across North America, Adam is a well known ambassador for tourism in the Yukon.

Elected as Yukon’s MP in September 2021, Dr. Brendan Hanley is bringing Yukon’s voice to the federal table. He is passionate about public health and climate action in the north and strongly advocates for solutions around mental health and addictions, affordable housing, and reconciliation in his political role.

MP Hanley currently serves as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Northern and Arctic Affairs. He is a member of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Indigenous and Northern Affairs, the Liberal Prairie and North Caucus, and the Liberal Rural Caucus. He also serves as Chair of the Liberal Physician's Caucus.

Before politics, he was Yukon’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, holding the position for 13 years, and culminating in overseeing Yukon’s public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Hanley has been a northern physician for over 25 years. His medical work has been primarily focused on northern, remote, and underprivileged populations with a background in emergency and family medicine and relief work in international conflict zones.

Brendan is an accomplished clarinet player and long-distance runner. Brendan Hanley and his wife, Lise Farynowski, a life-time Yukoner, have two teenage children Aniela and Finnian.

Blair Hogan is a proud Teslin Tlingit citizen, Yukon entrepreneur, and President of the Yukon First Nation Chamber of Commerce (YFNCC), where he helps advance Indigenous-led economic development, investment, and business growth across the North.

As Managing Director of Gúnta Business Consulting Ltd., a 100% Indigenous-owned firm he co-founded in 2012, Blair works with Yukon First Nations, development corporations, wealth entities, governments, and industry partners to move complex initiatives forward in practical, community-centered ways. His work spans business and strategic planning, renewable energy, community engagement, project management, and large-scale hybrid event delivery.

Through his leadership with YFNCC, Blair has played a key role rebuilding the chamber from the ground-up and in positioning the Arctic Indigenous Investment Conference (AIIC) as a leading Indigenous-led investment platform—connecting Indigenous governments and businesses with capital, major projects, and long-term partnership opportunities across the Arctic.

Blair also contributes to Indigenous governance and investment as Chair of the Teslin Tlingit Council Investment Committee, supporting the stewardship of community capital and long-term economic strategy. He is also the host of the Arctic Indigenous Investment Series, a platform for in-depth conversations on Indigenous capital, infrastructure, and economic leadership in the North.

Brian Kelsall’s practice is focused on project finance and infrastructure development, banking and corporate finance and public private partnerships in Canada, the United States and emerging markets.

Regularly advising lenders, developers, contractors and procuring authorities, Brian has acted for clients across the infrastructure, telecom, energy, oil and gas, and mining sectors. He has advised the winning consortium on numerous P3 projects, including the US 36 Express Lanes/Bus Rapid Transit Project, the Pennsylvania Bridges Project, the State Street Redevelopment Project (Indiana) and Merced Campus (UC) Project (CA). He also advised the Federal Government and procuring authorities on the Gordie Howe International Crossing linking Canada and the U.S., and advised the Federal Government on its Communications Security Establishment Canada Long Term Accommodation Project (CSEC).

Regularly assisting with international project finance transactions, Brian acted for European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and other international financial institutions on the project financing for Mobifon S.A. in Romania, at the time the largest private sector financing in Romania. He has also advised on multiple telecom projects across Eastern and Central Europe.

Brian’s practice in project finance and banking law has been recognized by leading legal publications including, The Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, Euromoney’s “Best of the Best”, Chambers Canada and the International Financial Law Review.

Kevin McGinty is a proud member of Selkirk First Nation and of the Wolf Clan, born and raised in Pelly Crossing, Yukon, in the heart of Selkirk's Traditional Territory. Grounded in culture, customs and traditional knowledge passed down from his grandparents, he brings a strong value-based approach to leadership and land stewardship. Elected Chief in 2011, Kevin served to terms over six years, gaining extensive experience working with industry, governments, and community partners on responsible resource development. Since 2018, he has held senior roles within Selkirk First Nation's Lands and Resources and Mineral Resources Departments that oversees several major mining projects. As Founder and Principal of Affinity North, he leads work on governance architecture, high-stakes negotiation, trust development, and nation-building. His engagements shape decisions on Arctic corridor infrastructure, critical minerals, energy partnerships, and Northern defence and sovereignty.
A former Deputy Grand Chief of the Gwich'in Tribal Council, Jordan serves on the Board of the Gwich'in Tribal Council, as an elected Director of the Ehdiitat Gwich'in Council, and on the Board of the Gwich'in Settlement Corporation. He is a published voice on Arctic governance, Indigenous economic reconciliation, and the future of the North.

Marc is deeply committed to advancing Indigenous-identified needs in areas such as community development and infrastructure, rights and title, and social policy. Known for his excellent research, writing, and communication skills, Marc’s Indigenous Relations work focuses on creating culturally appropriate, safe spaces for knowledge sharing and relationship building.

Marc’s extensive background includes 12 years of university teaching, where he contributed to the academic fields of Indigenous Politics, Contemporary Aboriginal Peoples of Canada, and Aboriginal Rights. His expertise in constitutional and statutory requirements for consulting with First Nations, combined with his proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including Indigenous Peoples, academics, lawyers, and government departments—positions him as an insightful professional in fostering respectful and effective partnerships. He holds a PhD in Anthropology, History, and Law from the University of Victoria and completed a post-doctorate in Indigenous Peoples and Governance at the University of Montreal.
