Getting your booth to Yellowknife

There are two ways to ship your booth and exhibit materials to and from the Geoscience Forum. Both go through Buffalo Air Express, the Forum's preferred shipper. Choose the one that works best for you. Whichever you choose, your booth must arrive in Yellowknife by Thursday, November 19.

OPTION 1 · PREFERRED SHIPPER
Buffalo Air Express, full service
Buffalo Air Express can coordinate your shipment from your location directly to your booth. Book online and their team will quote options and rates based on the size and weight of your shipment, with competitive rates through UPS, FedEx and other airline and interline services.
Buffalo picks up in Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary. Shipping from another province? Send your booth to Buffalo in Edmonton using the label below. Book early, and ask dispatch when it needs to reach Edmonton to make the November 19 deadline.
Shipping through Edmonton? Arrange anything being forwarded to Yellowknife directly with Buffalo's Edmonton dispatch team: [email protected] or 1-780-455-1677.
