Blair Hogan is a proud Teslin Tlingit citizen, Yukon entrepreneur, and President of the Yukon First Nation Chamber of Commerce (YFNCC), where he helps advance Indigenous-led economic development, investment, and business growth across the North.
As Managing Director of Gúnta Business Consulting Ltd., a 100% Indigenous-owned firm he co-founded in 2012, Blair works with Yukon First Nations, development corporations, wealth entities, governments, and industry partners to move complex initiatives forward in practical, community-centered ways. His work spans business and strategic planning, renewable energy, community engagement, project management, and large-scale hybrid event delivery.
Through his leadership with YFNCC, Blair has played a key role rebuilding the chamber from the ground-up and in positioning the Arctic Indigenous Investment Conference (AIIC) as a leading Indigenous-led investment platform—connecting Indigenous governments and businesses with capital, major projects, and long-term partnership opportunities across the Arctic.
Blair also contributes to Indigenous governance and investment as Chair of the Teslin Tlingit Council Investment Committee, supporting the stewardship of community capital and long-term economic strategy. He is also the host of the Arctic Indigenous Investment Series, a platform for in-depth conversations on Indigenous capital, infrastructure, and economic leadership in the North.
