As Senior Manager of Environmental Social and Governance at Baffinland Iron Mines, Cortney leads a multidisciplinary team, oversees social and environmental monitoring programs, and chairs working groups that unite Inuit partners, government regulators, and NGOs. Prior to Baffinland, Cortney held leadership roles at Metrolinx, LCBO, and the Ontario Cannabis Store.
