Suzanne began her career with Agnico Eagle in January 2020 at the Meliadine mine, where she joined the Human Resources team as an HR Agent. With a strong understanding of the local and regional workforce, she built her expertise and advanced into the role of Sanajiksanut Coordinator in 2021. Since then, she has been appointed Sanajiksanut Supervisor, which is a direct reflection of her leadership skills and commitment to the company.

In her current role, Suzanne oversees all Community Liaison Officers and provides direction for employment outreach activities. She regularly travels to communities across the Kivalliq to deliver employment information sessions, raise awareness of career opportunities and helping community members navigate pathways to employment. Suzanne’s work is centered in developing the workforce, engaging with
communities, and supporting long term employment opportunities for Inuit.
