Conrad Dix is a geoscientist with 28 years of global exploration experience. He joined Agnico
Eagle in 2020 and currently leads exploration across Nunavut. A specialist in responsible
exploration, health and safety, and sustainable development, he oversees the district’s
exploration programs and champions practices that respect the environment and northern
communities. His leadership blends deep technical expertise with values that foster a strong
culture of safety, integrity, and collaboration. Conrad also serves as Second Vice President of
the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), sits on its Board of Directors and
several committees, and is a registered professional geoscientist with both PGO and NAPEG.
