Mr. Greenhouse is CEO of Avenir Minerals, a position he assumed in 2025. He is also Vice President, Critical & Strategic Minerals at Agnico Eagle. Previous roles held at Agnico Eagle include Vice President, Strategic Development (2022 - 2024), Vice President, Corporate Development & Business Strategy (2020 - 2022) and Vice President, Business Strategy (2018 - 2020). Prior to joining Agnico Eagle in 2013, Mr. Greenhouse was the CFO of a junior mining company and worked in various roles at RBC Capital Markets’ Fixed Income and Currency trading floor.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance (London School of Economics and Political Science, UK) and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (McMaster University). He also holds designations as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (Institute of Management Accountants – USA) and Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) (CFA Institute).
