Albert Netser is the Chief Executive Officer of Arctic Fresh Inc. An Inuk leader from Coral Harbour, he brings a career grounded in education, skilled trades, and community development. A certified journeyperson linesman, he pairs hands-on expertise with executive training, having completed a Master’s Certificate in Public Sector Leadership through York University. A graduate of the College’s Chair Internship Program, Albert has designed and delivered trades training that helps Nunavummiut build confidence and careers.

He served two terms as Chair of the Rankin Inlet District Education Authority and received the King Charles III Coronation Medal for community service. At Arctic Fresh, his focus is practical and measurable: strengthen food security, create quality jobs, and build capacity across the territory. His leadership is rooted in Inuit values, accountability, and results—empowering youth and advancing the housing, infrastructure and programs for people needed for self-reliant communities.
