Catherine Knight joined MMG Limited as the Vice President Canada leading the Izok Corridor Project
in Nunavut.

She is a professional geologist with over 24 years’ global experience in the industry, specializing in
resource and project development, operational management, and strategic planning and growth of exploration programs. Her project experience ranges from early- to late-stage mineral exploration through mine development, and large-scale mining operations.

She previously spent 15 years with Khoemacau Copper Mining in Botswana, as Vice President
Exploration and Resource Development, where she led the team local geologists in the discovery of
the Zone 5 copper deposit, advancing the project from early-stage exploration, through resource
expansion, orebody definition, and into mining operations. More recently, she held the role of Vice

President Technical Services for Metallic Minerals and Stillwater Critical Minerals. She completed her Geology (Hons) degree from the University of British Columbia, is registered as a Professional Geoscientist (PGeo) with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and a member of Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).
